Benefit includes unlimited onsite trouble-shooting with fixed support cost, no incremental charges.
DPGOLD 10/25/50 provides ongoing support services for customers at mission-critical and high security environment during office hour. This service is ideal for customers that require high-intensity and specialist support. This hour base support is also allows customers to acquire administrative and other technical services that require specialised skills that otherwise not available in-house or share human resource of customer company.
DPSWAP provides comprehensive hardware replacement service, supports to upgrade to 2 hours response and 4 hours hardware onsite for hardware problems. Same day hardware replacement gets back in business quickly to minimise production down time if caused by any hardware failure.
DPSILVER 15/50 The service is providing to our valuable-partner only, so that our support service can also cover to their end-user. This hour base support is also allows to acquire administrative and other technical services support.
7x24 SUPPPORT SERVICES UPLIFT This service support plan provides a way for customers to upgrade their service plan coverage to 24x7 technical support with a 30 minute response time. This service is ideal for customers at mission critical and high -security environment with high availability requirements.
